6777sx Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Pakistan's Licensed Online Casino

Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "6777sx", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the licensed operator of the 6777sx platform at the domain 6777sx.one and all associated services.
• "Platform" — refers to the 6777sx website, all game lobbies, sports betting interfaces, account management systems, cashier functions, and any mobile or browser-based access points operated by 6777sx.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with 6777sx or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon completing the 6777sx registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" — the PKR funds held in a Player's account that represent actual deposited or won value, available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits added to a Player's account by 6777sx subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms, which are distinct from the Real Money Balance.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, promotional, payment, support, and ancillary services provided by 6777sx through the Platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the 6777sx Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal instrument include references to that statute as amended or re-enacted. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 6777sx Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming any bonus, placing any bet, or using any feature of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form, together with the 6777sx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 6777sx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 6777sx, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 6777sx, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
• You have not previously had a 6777sx account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cool-off period on your 6777sx account.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

6777sx reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be voided if verification subsequently fails.

Section 4

Account Registration

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account with 6777sx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. 6777sx is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
• Your registered Pakistani mobile number is your primary account identifier. It must remain active and accessible to you at all times for security verification purposes.
• You may not register an account on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or share your account with any third party under any circumstances.
• Duplicate accounts discovered by 6777sx will be closed without notice. Any Real Money Balance in a duplicate account will be returned to the payment source used for the most recent deposit. Bonus balances and associated winnings in duplicate accounts will be forfeited entirely.
• 6777sx reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Account registration is subject to completion of the verification process described in Section 6 (Deposits & Withdrawals) before withdrawal functions are enabled. Registration alone does not entitle any Player to a withdrawal until identity verification has been completed to 6777sx's satisfaction.

Section 5

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 6777sx login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. 6777sx will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel.

• You must notify 6777sx immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, loss of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity associated with your account.
• 6777sx will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials, or failed to notify 6777sx promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.
• 6777sx employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Additional security verification, including one-time passwords sent to your registered mobile number, is triggered for logins from new or unrecognised devices.
• Players are encouraged to use a unique, strong password for their 6777sx account that is not shared with any other service or platform.
• 6777sx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account if suspicious security activity is detected, pending investigation.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 6777sx Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not support foreign currency deposits; funds deposited in any other currency will not be accepted.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 PKR. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though 6777sx reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, Raast, retail OTC cash deposits, and QR transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to a Player's account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment processor. 6777sx is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
• 6777sx does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to the same 6777sx account, or to a verified personal bank account or mobile wallet registered in the Player's own name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must complete identity verification by providing a valid copy of their Pakistani CNIC. Verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission.
• Once verified, withdrawals to registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts are processed within 60 seconds in normal operating conditions.
• 6777sx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be declined. The Bonus Balance will remain subject to ongoing wagering requirements.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

6777sx offers various promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including PSL-themed events and Eid special offers). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available only to Players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per Player, household, device, or shared IP address. 6777sx reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where there is reasonable evidence that multiple accounts have been created to claim the same promotion.
• Bonus funds carry Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before winnings generated from Bonus Balance play may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• 6777sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value outside the 6777sx Platform.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• The maximum withdrawal from any single welcome bonus is limited unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms.

Section 8

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 6777sx Platform — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, table games, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by these general Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited under 6777sx's international gaming license. 6777sx does not manipulate game outcomes for any reason.
• Bets placed with insufficient account balance will not be accepted. 6777sx is not responsible for declined bets resulting from an insufficient Real Money Balance.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 6777sx systems will complete the round according to the rules of the game as if normal play had continued. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's balance adjusted accordingly upon reconnection.
• 6777sx reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or any other malfunction that has affected the integrity of the game or market outcome.
• Winnings from sports betting are subject to the published odds at the time the bet was accepted. 6777sx reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (commonly known as "palpable errors") and to void any bets placed at such erroneous prices.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per betting market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be varied at 6777sx's discretion.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6777sx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by 6777sx.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping or coordinated betting.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in Platform software for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity under applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players, including abusive or threatening behaviour toward 6777sx staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, including self-exclusion or deposit limits, by creating additional accounts.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6777sx Platform — including but not limited to the 6777sx brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, text, data, software, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 6777sx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 6777sx.

Any unauthorised use of 6777sx intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6777sx's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6777sx account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 6777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• 6777sx does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 6777sx's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• 6777sx is not responsible for the quality or reliability of a Player's internet connection, device hardware, or mobile data service, any of which may affect gaming performance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 6777sx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

6777sx is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gaming on the 6777sx Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a means of generating income, and Players should never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

• 6777sx provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, reality checks, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion mechanisms. These tools are accessible from your account settings at all times.
• A self-exclusion applied to your 6777sx account is irrevocable for the chosen duration. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry date will not be actioned.
• Deposit limits, once lowered, take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect.

Section 13

Account Closure

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your 6777sx account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after any applicable Wagering Requirements have been met) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Operator-initiated closure: 6777sx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21 years.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• 6777sx has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct associated with the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige 6777sx to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 6777sx reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings, and to retain any Real Money Balance pending investigation of the breach, for such period as may be reasonably necessary.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6777sx holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 6777sx internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

If you have a complaint about the 6777sx Platform or Services, you should first contact the 6777sx support team via live chat. 6777sx aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If your complaint remains unresolved after exhausting the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under 6777sx's gaming license.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

6777sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 6777sx will use reasonable efforts to notify active Players — including by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable by notifying Players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 6777sx Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
